Grouting & Anchors at Park Owen, Bonaventure & Mount Sion Road.

TAL were involved be the main contractor to propose a system for the subsidence issues (due to escape of water) to the different houses. TAL brought on board one of their engineers to view the sites complete site investigation and propose a system for the works.

The works that were completed on site here were a combination system of grouting up the 2m to solidify this area and then the installation of anchors here through the solidified grouted section down to 6m. Also installed was one beam with piles.
